How it Works
The Speed Networking sessions are continuous rounds of 20 minute meetings (18 minute meeting + a 2 minute warning = 20 min total) between the distributors and the vendors to discuss business with the decision-makers.
Fullarton has invited 25 Vendor Partners that will each have their own suite at the hotel. Distributors will cycle through all 25 vendor rooms every 20-minutes in ascending order to meet with each vendor.
Depending on the number of registered distributors, some distributors may be paired up and cycle through the 25 vendors together.

FAQs
What costs are covered and not covered by Fullarton for distributors?
Fullarton covers the hotel stay of one (1) distributor attendee for the nights of April 13th and 14th on our master account.
All other hotel and travel expenses are at your own expense.
Do vendors need to reserve a hotel room?
No, Fullarton will assign a hotel suite per registered vendor to the primary attendee. The primary attendee will receive an email reservation confirmation by March.
Vendors will pay for their hotel suites upon check-out.
How many staff can I bring to the event?
Distributors and Vendors are both limited to one owner/executive attendee.
What time should I plan my arrival and departure?
Distributors and Vendors should both plan their arrivals for Monday, April 13th, in time for the welcome reception at 6:00 pm.
Departures should be planned for the evening of April 15th after the scheduled sessions are complete.
Can I bring someone without registering them ahead of time?
Please contact Keith Addis directly for any last-minute attendee additions or changes.
Does Fullarton have discounted hotel rates pre and post event??
Yes, attendees have access to Fullarton’s discount room rate 3 days prior and 3 days post-event (April 10 – 18).
