Partnership Criteria

Vendor Partnerships are for promotional product manufacturers in Canada and the United States, and by invitation or application only.

How to become a Vendor Partner:

  1. Submit a Supplier Inquiry Form.

  2. Fullarton will contact you to gather your company information and product categories.

  3. We will review your product offering.

  4. Work with Fullarton to develop a supply program with Fullarton.

  5. Vendor Selection Committee reviews your program.

Rebate Programs that Drive Loyalty

Each Vendor builds a rebate program where rebates are earned and paid out once Group purchase thresholds are met. After these thresholds are achieved, Distributors receive their earned rebate through Fullarton—encouraging continued and repeat purchases.  Our rebate programs deliver what Vendors truly want: increased loyalty and sustained growth. 

Limited Suppliers Per Product Category

Fullarton limits the number of Vendors in each product category, giving those selected the opportunity to grow with minimal competition. This controlled approach ensures that Vendors have space to thrive, while Distributors benefit from a carefully curated network. All Vendors are vetted by Fullarton and approved through collective Distributor voting—giving Distributors confidence that every Vendor carries the Fullarton stamp of approval.

Direct Marketing Tools

Vendors gain access to a powerful suite of marketing tools and exclusive opportunities to promote your products directly to our engaged Distributors—directly to the owners and sales reps. It’s the most efficient and cost-effective way to drive sales and get your products in front of the right buyers.

New Vendor FAQs

Growth! Your best salespeople within a group are your current customers. You will thrive in the buying group space when you sell to customers in a buying group as a separate marketing channel. Supporting an existing member or bringing with you a member who can act as an advocate within the group is one of the most powerful and effective marketing tools you can use to increase your overall sales. The simple act of one member commenting to another member that “we use ‘Supplier A’ and really like them” is often the only catalyst you need as this endorsement from a trusted member partner works like magic. In fact, supply partners who ensure their best and most supportive customer is a part of the buying group are often the most successful and see the highest levels of growth for their business.

The short answer would be no. Each Fullarton Member is an independent manufacturer and can support the approved Supplier Partners when it makes sense for their business. Members are encouraged to support Fullarton Supplier Partners for the overall benefit of the Buying Group, remembering rebate programs are designed to incent Members to switch to Fullarton Supplier Partners.

Rebates are returned to each Member as they have been earned proportionally with all other Members. Specific Supplier Rebate “pools” are divided proportionately based on each Members spend with that Supplier.

Confidentiality of information is important in any business, but even more so in a buying group made up of independent businesses as members. All involved, the Member, the Supplier, and the buying group must commit and ensure all the detailed confidential aspects of the Rebates Programs negotiated with the Supplier Partners are kept strictly confidential.

The uniqueness of Supplier programs is such that the enhanced pricing, terms and other considerations can quickly be lost if the ‘deal’ is known to Member competitors and non-Fullarton Group suppliers. Many advantages gained through group negotiations have been lost because the deal has become known to the trade.
